Welcome to JMY Real Media. By placing an order with us, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services & Pricing

​

 

1.1 Image Enhancement

  • HDR blending, flambient, or single exposure: $1.25 per photo

  • Delivery: 24 hours

 

 

1.2 Virtual Staging

  • Empty room staging: $15 per image

  • Staging with object removals: $35 per image

  • Delivery: 24–48 hours

 

 

1.3 Video Editing

  • Reels & short-form video (max 1 min 30 secs): $30

  • Long-form video (max 2–3 mins): $50

  • Slideshow video (photos): $15

  • Delivery: 24 hours

 

 

1.4 Floor Plan Redraw

  • 2D floor plan redraw: $8 per floor

  • Delivery: 24 hours

1.5 Object Removals (Standalone Service)

  • Small objects: $5 per image

  • Large objects: $15 per image

  • Delivery: 24 hours

 

2. Delivery

  • Delivery times start once all required files and instructions are received.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or unclear instructions are not the responsibility of JMY Real Media.

 

 

3. Revisions

  • Photos & Videos: Unlimited revisions are included.

  • Virtual Staging: If the Client selects the furniture style and later requests a different set, this will be charged as a new version at the applicable rate.

  • To avoid unnecessary revisions, Clients are encouraged to provide clear and complete instructions when placing an order.

 

 

4. Payments

  • All orders require 100% upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by JMY Real Media.

  • Work will commence only after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders that remain unpaid will not be scheduled or processed.

  • Completed files will be delivered according to the agreed turnaround time once payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • All payments are due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices are listed in [USD].

 

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available once editing work has started.

  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at JMY Real Media’s discretion.

 

 

6. Confidentiality & Ownership

  • All files and project details will be kept confidential.

  • Edited images and videos belong to the Client after full payment is received.

  • JMY Real Media may showcase samples for portfolio or marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

JMY Real Media will perform services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of business or opportunities from the use of delivered files.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Philippines.
